Patchwork Community Garden Project

We have identified several patches of ‘waste ground’ in Southville and Bedminster. Since 2004 we have cleared them of plastic bags, needles and other detritus and planted them. Sometimes we have added art works and somewhere to sit. A small group from the Sustainable Southville Green Team looks after these spaces and encourages local residents to take responsibility for maintaining the patches.
