LinkAge

LinkAge is designed to help older people improve their quality of life. We will be working with older people, local groups and organisations in two areas of Bristol (Easton and Lawrence Hill and Bedminster and Southville) to encourage older people to participate in their local communities and live independently and healthily. Various projects are already in progress. LinkAge is delivered in partnership with Bristol City Council, Bristol Primary Care Trust, St. Monica Trust, Age Concern Bristol, The Anchor Society, Guinness Care and Support and Bristol Older People's Forum.
